
There comes a time in everyone’s life when one feels stuck and stagnant unable to move on. Even if one wants to move on one is not sure which way to go or one might feel as if chained to something which will not let them move on. In this case a person might be so attached to their current situation or their past that they are unable to think ahead which prevents them from move ahead. On the other side their usually awaits bigger and better things sometimes beyond ones imagination but the person cannot see this because they are to attached to their current situation and in most cases to their past that they do not see the bright future that awaits them.
What to do in this case? Usually the first thing you need to do is get a clear picture of what is it that you want to move towards. So for example if you are over weigh you might think to yourself that you want to lose wight. I would say this is not the best approach, don’t think about losing weight but rather focus on the person you would like to become. Perhaps you might want to be physically fit, perhaps you want to be able to run a marathon perhaps you want to achieve better health and clear state of thinking. Whatever it is that you want to move towards to get a clear picture, yes I do mean a real picture by using your imagination think to yourself what is it that you would like to move towards to. By just doing this you will be moving yourself one step closer to becoming the better you.
